Currently CEO of South African Cricketers Association ("SACA").

SACA is the collective representative of the national cricket team (the Proteas) and the other professional cricketers in South Africa. Tony was a director of Irish Macleod Inc before joining SACA full time in 2013. Tony started the firm in Cape Town in 1999. As an active sportsman himself he became involved in a number of high profile sports related cases which gave him the opportunity to develop the firm's expertise in the niche area of sports law. Tony became a specialist in matters relating to the contracting of professional sportspersons, collective bargaining in sport and negotiation around collective players commercial rights which attach to sportspersons and to sports teams.

Tony is integrally involved in the collective player commercial rights programmes of the Proteas Cricket Team and the Springbok Rugby Team. He also negotiated the Player Agreement for South Africa's Bafana Bafana footballers relating to their participation in the 2010 FIFA World Cup held in South Africa.
